I started learning my instrument when I was: 4 years old for piano, 5 years old for violin
My favourite style of music is: 20th Century/Folk music. I love anything that sounds out of the ordinary
My favourite piece of music to listen to is: The Cinematic Orchestra’s ‘Arrival of the Birds’ – I could play this on repeat forever
My favourite piece of music to play is: Béla Bartók’s Romanian Folk Dances.
The best performance I’ve ever been to was: Hans Zimmer; he’s my favourite movie scope composer
The best performance I’ve ever given was: ‘The charity performance to raise funds for the bush fire appeal in Victoria (2009). I played a tango piece and my mum (who is a ballroom dancer) choreographed a dance to it.
